Carlisle Therapies is conveniently located in the centre of Carlisle, on the ground and first floor of 34 Lowther Street.  Situated in a large Georgian townhouse we offer custom designed rooms for hire.   All our rooms benefit from large windows and natural light.

The ground floor comprises two treatment rooms which are fully equipped with a desk, an hydraulic couch and sink.  These rooms are ideal for body-work practitioners such as massage therapists, osteopaths and physiotherapists.

The first floor comprises two rooms and a small kitchen and may be rented out as a unit - which creates an ideal private space for mobile consulting - with a waiting room and consulting room.  The rooms may also be rented individually.
Our Meeting Room can accommodate 10-12 people around our 4 tables.

The room is also an ideal space for Workshops, Training & courses.  It hosts a range of classes and courses including our busy weekly yoga class timetable, monthly yoga workshops and HypnoBirthing Group Classes.  The space can comfortably fit 6-7 yoga mats
The room is equipped with a large mirror, making it a popular yoga & pilates studio.

If you’re interested in running a class, course or workshop at the centre, please do get in touch and come and see the space.
