Clinic Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is a strictly reserved period dedicated entirely to your care. To respect our clinical waiting list, the following notice parameters are enforced:

Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. You must do this via direct voice call or text message to 07788 616 488 (email notifications are not accepted for cancellations).

Late Removals & Missed Appointments: Cancellations within 48 hours windows or completely missed will be invoiced at the full appointment fee rate.
Patient Responsibility: Managing and remembering scheduled appointment times remains the sole responsibility of the patient. Thank you for respecting the clinical boundary.
